Tension Release Yoga is a class that tackles all your levels. It releases tension with self-massaging Myofascial Release techniques with gentle restorative yoga poses. We will be using props to support us in self-massaging ( MFR techniques); said props are massage balls, yoga blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters of various sizes. We incorporate breathwork throughout this practice. You will learn techniques to support your body that you can use at home (before or after exercising) or at work. This class is 60 minutes long, and there are limited spots for this class, four total, that must be reserved. Dress comfortably and bring a mat. This class is offered twice a month for a price of $30, including taxes & fees.
