Creative Restorative Yoga Class is a combination of active movements and self massaging with restorative poses. There will be a guided mediation at the beginning of the class. I will be closing the class with a crystal bowls sound bath. This class will be reserve only basis. You need to bring your own mat. There are 8 spots available. The price for this class is $35, including taxes & fees.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This style of yoga restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function. Which helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. Sound Bath healing works by sending sound waves throughout the body. It brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore your body’s balance which helps you heal.
